Groovy Thoughts in 2025
January
11. I have found that all this around me is just here. The change has to happen in my mind.
14. The less I worry about tomorrow the more I get done each day.
15. When I focus on what I have to do the voids in the day are okay.
17. I spent five minutes this morning just being grateful. Not for anything. Just grateful.
18 Today I will be patient and do the work that I need to do.
19. I have a lot of energy and a lot of free time. I will spend it on work and on taking care of this aging body.
20. Work hard, have patience, and don't quit.
21. Attitude is all that stands between continuous progressive change and complacency. .
22. I'm still pondering on the attitude thing. If I want to change myself in an instant, an attitude change is the key ingredient. Change my attitude and I change my responses, which will change the outcome. .
23. The most difficult thing to do is to be patient after making a decision with instinct. Trust your instinct.
24. I m going to find a person or animal that has never had "a something" and give it to them. Is there a crow out there who has never had beef jerky, or maybe, an In-N-Out burger?
25. I would rather begin by being nice.
26. People like to know they have been heard.
27. Life is best enjoyed one moment at a time.
28. How do I work through trauma without guilt? It's so devastatingly destructive. My only answer is that I have worked very hard to automate the processes. I just turn those processes on inside me and go forward in a daze.
29. Sometimes the best answer or reaction is none at all.
30. Be grateful for what you have right now and you will be happy, too.
31. When I step back far enough I can see all the madness of humanity, but I also see all the beauty threading it's way between it all.
FEBRUARY
1. Everything that happens to us gives us chance.s... to improve, withdraw, or retreat..I choose to improve.
2. I grew up in a home where love was a word. If I could just do anything I wanted I would have a small diner and make people amazing food. More amazing than they expect. Love is doing something for someone, it's not just a word.
3. Surround yourself with sparks of joy.
4. I have to keep on innovating.
5. Today I am going to focus on what is important and get it done.
6. I'll be focusing on the process from here on out.
7. Fall into life and enjoy it while you have it.
8. Focus on what you have, not on what is missing.
9. If you are not a mechanic, then figure out people.
10. There is a process in everything, don't struggle, just trust it.
11. Today I am going to let everyone I come in contact with know that the time I am with them is important to me.
12. I have a mandate to pay constant attention to my craft.
13. I don't expect people to do things for me if I don't live up to my part of the bargain.
14. Today I am going to keep doing what I promised I would.
15. Today I am going to figure out a way to make a machine to automate a sector of my business and push the start button.
16. There are times when I simply do not want to give people what they ask for.
17. Someone asked for more than I was willing to give yesterday and I didn't give it to them. That was refreshing.
18. Today I am going to let some time pass and trust that what i have begun.
19. Yesterday I let some time pass and my trust paid off. Today I am going to do the same thing. I have too few years left to spend them stressed out.
20. Yesterday went well. I ignored time and let the process act out and got stuff done. I'm doing the same today.
21. Today I will begin to add to my revenue stream.
22. The outcome is what to focus on, not the task.
23. I'm not too timid that I will not say no when no is what is deserved.
24. I'm not going to let how people act influence how I do.
25. Today I will spend my time listening and take my time responding.
26. Today I will listen, follow my processes, develop some new ones, and be nice.
27. Today I am going to focus on getting a few important things done and feel really good when they are out of the way.
MARCH
1. People are relying on me today to make the beginning of living in their new homes a nice experience..
2. Reach up or into whatever it is you look to for ideas, then run with it and change your world.
3. Today I will connect with my governing principles and let them guide my actions.
4. Today I will trust the process and as a result lose the anxiety.
5. Today I will be flexible with my focus.
6. Today I am going to be happy with what I have and rather than spending energy wanting, I'll spend it achieving.
7. Today I am going to continue being happy with what I have and spend my time achieving what I focus on and listening to others
8. Today I accept that people will differ in opinion. I will accept that good is not always the intention. I will accept that my world may or may not become a beautiful place. It will become, ultimately, what people make of it.
9. People are not always asking for what they need, sometimes they only demand your energy. Notice this.
10. Today I will apply the hypnotherapy programming I have had done on my mind. OODA Loop. I will observe, orient, decide and act.
11. Having patience is not very easy.
12. I'm going to relax today. Everything that needs to be done will be done, I just have to apply and trust the process.
13. I'm grateful to have so much work to do.
14. Today I am going to focus on increasing my recurring income.
15. Today I will be focusing on listening. Less time talking, more time listening.
16. I'm going to clean my mind and refresh my operating system today. It's the single most important thing I can do.
17. My day is what I make of it.
18. I'm not going to focus on the time spent, I'm going to focus on completing what I know is important.
19. I'm going to spend my downtime just relaxing today
20. I'm energized from taking time in-between projects and tasks to relax. I think the mind and body need some down-time. I'll be doing that again today.
21. Sometimes it is best to leave issues hanging and let folks figure it out.
23. This weekend I held to my boundaries.
24. Today I held to my values.
25. Just work and don't complain about it.
26. As I near the end of my life I question how much stress I should willingly take on.

29. Today I will put forth my best effort wherever I find myself.
APRIL
1. Love is what matters most. It must be shown through acts.
2. Today I will focus on the immediate world around me.
4. Today I will focus on being optimistic.
5. Today I am going to rethink my knee jerk decisions and consider if they are emotional reactions or logical, calculated ones.
8. I'm going to be happy with what I accomplish today, which if like each of the last 30 days, will be quite a bit. In the lull moments I will relax and enjoy a few moments.
